At Fortnum & Mason, we're seeking a skilled and charismatic Christmas Gift Concierge Executive to join our esteemed Concierge team. As a key member of our sales-driven Gifting team, you'll be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our discerning business and VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, delivering personalized gift solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our expert Gifting team to source and curate exceptional gifts, ensuring seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging your knowledge of luxury goods and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any client queries or concerns with professionalism and poise.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of luxury goods and exceptional customer service principles.
