About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Concierge Gifting Executive to join our team at Fortnum & Mason. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized gift solutions to our business and VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide proactive gift guidance and order placement
  • Utilize multitasking skills to handle complex client queries, process orders, and resolve delivery issues
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to build credibility with clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and technology skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods
