Zachary Daniels is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team in York. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Storytelling and Relationship Building: Share your passion for jewellery and fashion with clients, and build strong relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Support the management team in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide expert advice, and exceed customer expectations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the success of the store team.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in a service-focused retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Personality and Skills: A fun, charismatic, and bubbly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service principles, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in jewellery, fashion, footwear, interiors, accessories, or similar client-focused environments.
