Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Trustmarque Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various industries and sectors.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to develop account-specific sales plans and strategies, setting ambitious targets and monitoring progress.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and technical areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A natural communicator with a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships.
- Resilient self-starter attitude and mindset, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
