We are seeking an enthusiastic and poised Reception Head to become a vital part of our exceptional team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal candidate for the Reception Head position will possess:

  • Prior experience in a comparable role within a dynamic setting; experience in a high-end establishment is highly desirable;
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor;
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, ideally Open Table;
  • Skills in leadership and delegation, including the capacity to train and guide the Reception Team;
  • Expertise in guest profiling and recognition techniques;
  • An impeccable appearance and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language;
  • Availability for full-time work with flexibility;
  • The ability to thrive under pressure;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
