Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and personable Head Receptionist to lead our front desk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate front desk coverage at all times.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly.
