Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage reservations and table allocations, ensuring that all guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, responding to queries and resolving any issues
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure that all guests receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar establishment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality software, such as Sevenrooms and Opentable, would be beneficial
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
