We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in customer service who is eager to advance their career in the IT sector within a leading healthcare solutions organization. This role offers a diverse, customer-focused experience where you will be the primary contact for pharmacy clients utilizing our award-winning software.

Based in our Lancashire office, your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and both remote and on-site training for our products and services. This encompasses troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training as required for our pharmacy clientele.

Join our Chorley team in a modern, open-plan office environment with the flexibility to work from home every Friday. You will deliver remote and on-site support to clients across the UK, necessitating a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer incidents and providing training support through various channels;
  • Offering a professional and friendly service to all customers;
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer incidents in accordance with company standards;
  • Managing incident progress, follow-ups, and correspondence as needed;
  • Prioritizing incidents and escalating issues to the appropriate manager when necessary;
  • Supporting customers during the transition to our products;
  • Conducting training sessions in various formats, including formal classroom settings, informal on-site assistance, or online platforms;
  • Delivering training consistently, utilizing materials provided by the Lead Trainer;
  • Continuously enhancing services through feedback and recommendations for improvement;
  • Participating in regular upskilling sessions to refine product knowledge and training skills;
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for our pharmacy product suite and assisting internal colleagues with queries.

Candidate Profile:

Are you the right fit?

  • A passion for technology with prior experience in technical support or helpdesk roles;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries;
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple incidents and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in MS Office Suite;
  • A valid full driving license;
  • Willingness to travel as required and work outside normal hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training or presentation delivery;
  • Willingness to pursue a nationally recognized training qualification;
  • A qualification in Information Technology (e.g., CompTIA, BTEC).
