This position is integral to our Customer Service division, concentrating on the development, analysis, and creation of models/tools utilized by the organization.

It is essential that the candidate possesses an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced business environments.

In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders. You will support teams engaged in diverse projects and provide assistance across multiple areas of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data analysis and manipulation
  • Enhancing business processes
  • Creating data analytics and strategies to improve efficiency and quality
  • Maintaining PowerBi dashboards and insights
  • Identifying trends in data proactively and recommending operational enhancements
  • Supporting infrastructure and controls
  • Management reporting and insights
  • Business Intelligence
  • A degree or equivalent education in statistics or computer science is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • A commercial mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large and complex datasets
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with PowerBi
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Knowledge of VBA is beneficial
  • Any programming experience is a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is desirable
