Job Title: Payments and Fraud Analyst

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a skilled Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate potential card fraud cases, checking daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Look for patterns/trends in payment activity and communicate out to the wider team.
  • Work as a team to implement best practice for the Group.
  • Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a contact centre environment role with exposure to fraud cases/situations/ways of working.
  • Focused and fearless in approach to work.
  • Able to spot trends and communicate effectively to the wider team.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team particularly in high pressured situations.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Computer literate- Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
