About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential card fraud cases, checking daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Look for patterns and trends in payment activity and communicate them to the wider team.
- Work as part of a team to implement best practice for the Group.
- Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a contact centre environment role with exposure to fraud cases/situations/ways of working.
- Focused and fearless in approach to work.
- Able to spot trends and communicate effectively to the wider team.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team, particularly in high pressured situations.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities, as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks.
- A positive 'can do' attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Computer literate - Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
