Payments and Fraud Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing payments and fraud screening in our Card Not Present environment. This will involve investigating potential card fraud cases, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing best practices for the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate potential card fraud cases, checking daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Look for patterns and trends in payment activity and communicate these to the wider team.
• Work as part of a team to implement best practice for the Group.
• Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in a contact centre environment role with exposure to fraud cases/situations/ways of working.
• Focused and fearless in approach to work.
• Able to spot trends and communicate effectively to the wider team.
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities.
• Computer literate - Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
