Job Title: IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail globally. You will be part of a team that follows a shift pattern within the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 weeks basis.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support via our contact centre and ticketing systems.
  • Take responsibility of IT support queries and proactively manage a ticketing queue.
  • Educate yourself on various troubleshooting methods and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Write technical documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Assist the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware/software when necessary.


Requirements:


  • No prior experience needed, but a passion for IT and a desire to develop your skillset and learn/grow with our business.
  • Team focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Problem solving mindset and able to think logically and calmly under pressure.
  • Able to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • While not essential, experience in a customer facing role and/or experience in a retail/warehouse environment is desirable.
