Chroma Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead a luxury elderly residential dementia service. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in CQC compliance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a settled care home, striving to achieve Outstanding ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a residential elderly care home, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategies for improving care and services.
- Manage a team of caregivers and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent care standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Monitor and report on care home performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record of CQC compliance and experience in managing care homes.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Be able to work autonomously, making informed decisions to drive care home success.
