Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a residential elderly care home, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategies for improving care and services.
  • Manage a team of caregivers and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and report on care home performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Hold a NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Have a proven track record of CQC compliance and experience in managing care homes.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Be able to work autonomously, making informed decisions to drive care home success.
