Your Responsibilities

As the Lead Commercial Marketing Strategist, you will spearhead our commercial marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will enhance awareness of our boohoo Brands portfolio, granting customers access to over 150 premium brands in Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle. Your role will involve crafting and executing innovative commercial marketing strategies that align with boohoo's business goals. Success in this position will be measured by increased sales revenue for our brand partners and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Conduct market research and formulate comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with our Brand and Creative marketing teams.
  • Brand Stewardship: Forge strategic alliances with key brands.
  • New Business Development: Assist the leadership team in presenting boohoo to potential external brand partners, utilizing first-party customer data and commercial packages as needed.
  • Sales and Promotions Management: Design, oversee, and implement promotional campaigns while coordinating with external partner marketing teams on boohoo marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our commercial marketing partnerships.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders, supported by our Data function.
