Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective hygiene protocols to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional hygiene and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and lean processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including COSHH and HACCP standards.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of production.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- COSHH and HACCP Level 2 certifications.
- FLT and First Aid training.
- Experience with labor budget management and team engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
