We are a leading housing association dedicated to providing excellent services to our customers and colleagues. Our Property Services division is a fast-paced and dynamic team that requires a skilled Coordinator to support our operations.

The Role

As a Property Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving work orders and scheduling work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for our residents. You will enjoy liaising with trade staff and other repairs staff to ensure all appointment targets are met and liaising with residents about their scheduled repair and maintenance works.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering the right outcome for our customers, providing a first point of contact within your area for business partners, and assisting in complaint and query resolution.
  • Diary Management: You will manage a diary and bookings schedule for the team, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  • Administration: You will complete required administration tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the team's operations.
  • Performance Improvement: You will seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions to enhance the team's productivity and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members, business stakeholders, and residents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
