Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Stacatruc. As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the flow of parts and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to obtain approval on quotations for repairs
- Liaise with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to support the busy parts team
- Plan and organize work to ensure efficient processing of parts and materials
- Work closely with the Service and Engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination of parts and materials
Requirements:
- Experience in a parts administration or logistics role, preferably in a material handling or equipment hire industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in using Microsoft data systems
- Good time management and ability to work unsupervised
