Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Stacatruc. As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the flow of parts and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to obtain approval on quotations for repairs
  • Liaise with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to support the busy parts team
  • Plan and organize work to ensure efficient processing of parts and materials
  • Work closely with the Service and Engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination of parts and materials

Requirements:

  • Experience in a parts administration or logistics role, preferably in a material handling or equipment hire industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in using Microsoft data systems
  • Good time management and ability to work unsupervised
