Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contract Coordinator to join our team at The Best Connection Group Ltd. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our temporary worker program, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Temporary Worker Management: Manage the weekly payroll, resolve queries, and coach and support temporary workers to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Temporary Worker Sourcing: Identify, assess, and select suitable temporary workers to meet client demands.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver a high-quality service in line with company values, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
