Key Responsibilities:
- Temporary Worker Management: Manage the weekly payroll, resolve queries, and coach and support temporary workers to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Temporary Worker Sourcing: Identify, assess, and select suitable temporary workers to meet client demands.
- Service Delivery: Deliver a high-quality service in line with company values, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
