About the Role

As a Sales & Relationship Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the UK market for various asset classes. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with private market clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to target UK-based clients across diverse asset classes within the private markets sector.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing private market clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued business growth.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the UK market, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand our client base.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory requirements and market trends within the private markets landscape, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes success and upholds company values.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of success in driving sales and managing relationships within the private markets industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities and analytical problem-solving abilities, enabling you to guide your team and navigate complex business challenges.
