Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Marketing Graduate to join our team. As a Marketing Graduate, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our content and work closely with our high-performing team, including the CEO and founder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for our newsletter, product updates, and exclusive promotions.
  • Social Media Growth Management: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, test new content formats, and leverage our content on YouTube and Twitter.
  • Graphic Design: Develop our visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and brand recognition.
  • Website Development: Design, SEO activities, UX optimization, and work with us to improve and launch new formats that reflect our brand identity.
  • Analytics: Continuously measure and improve performance metrics across channels, working towards challenging targets and KPIs.
  • Paid Advertising and PPC Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid advertising and PPC campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Synergy: Collaborate with other departments to identify content worth sharing with our audience and inform them of our brand's progress.
Requirements:
  • A UK work permit is required.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or working towards obtaining a university qualification.
  • A relentless drive and desire to excel in the role.
  • An unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ownership and accountability for all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
