The Global Graduate program is an intensive 18-month international development initiative that offers a real job from day one, coupled with structured training aimed at enhancing your commercial insight and leadership capabilities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, eager to launch your career.
  • A strong interest in business management and the FMCG sector, ideally with practical experience.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and international work environment that fosters rapid learning and personal growth.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably another language.
