Implementation Specialist, Enterprise Portfolio Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Services team at Bloomberg. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the full customer implementation of our Portfolio and Risk solution (PORT) and ETF Primary Market solution (BSKT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to efficiently on-board clients while meeting their requirements
  • Work across business units to execute the implementation plan for maximum client satisfaction
  • Provide detailed product feedback to internal business managers for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial institutions or financial technology organizations
  • Project management experience in buy-side financial institutions
  • Understanding of portfolio managers, risk, and attribution specialists workflows
  • Experience in building relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with fixed income, equities, and derivatives
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of meeting deadlines and setting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of ETF Creation/Redemption workflow
  • Experience in communicating with engineering groups for product development
  • Aptitude for picking up new technologies and procedures
  • Ability to simplify technical/complex issues for different audiences
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • CFA Certification
