We are in search of Autism Support Educational Assistants for a remarkable primary institution in the Brentwood vicinity. This role involves providing individualized support to a student.
This institution fosters a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, ensuring a positive environment where students can flourish.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting students throughout their daily activities.
- Facilitating communication, speech, and learning for the students.
- Supporting children in their individual needs and motivating them to make constructive learning choices.
- Acting as a mentor to help students enhance their skills and manage their behavior effectively.
- Willingness to create and lead games and activities that guide students in making positive decisions during unstructured periods.

- Recent experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

- A solid understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
