Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a specialist teaching assistant, you will work closely with children and young adults with autism and ADHD, providing high-quality learning support and promoting their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children and young adults with autism and ADHD in a specialist teaching assistant role
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive education
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEND
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young adults with autism and ADHD
