SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in an outstanding special school in East London.

The school is expanding in September and is looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children with complex needs and/or autism. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with children and young people with SEND, supporting their learning and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The school has four sites across East London, each catering for different needs, including autism, PMLD, and ASC. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of children and young people, from primary to secondary age, and develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative team.

The role involves working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting the class teacher and other staff to deliver high-quality education and care to children with SEND. You will be responsible for supporting children with their learning, behavior, and emotional needs, and contributing to the development of individual education plans.
