Position Overview:
The HR department at Cygnet is responsible for a variety of HR functions, including strategic planning, administrative support, payroll management, recruitment, employee development, and employee relations.
As a Human Resources Operations Coordinator, you will offer top-notch assistance to the Regional HR Business Partner, while also supporting Managers and Administrators throughout the region. Your role will be crucial in ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective communication with both current and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a consistent and professional HR service. Enable managers to effectively manage all aspects of personnel issues. Foster a culture of equality and diversity within the organization. Address staff inquiries regarding HR matters, escalating issues to the HR Business Partner as needed. Organize and participate in employee relations meetings, such as disciplinary hearings and grievances, serving as a support/minute taker and following up on action items. Gather and input payroll information, ensuring timely submission to finance/payroll. Conduct audits of personnel files and HR compliance.Benefits of Joining Our Team:
