About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Solicitor to join our Commercial Litigation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in commercial debt recovery matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Expert Legal Advice: Offer clients precise and up-to-date legal advice on commercial debt recovery matters.
  2. Deliver Commercial Results: Prioritize delivering advice that delivers commercial results aligned with clients' business requirements.
  3. Represent Clients in Litigation: Offer clients strong and insightful legal representation in all proceedings.
  4. Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  5. Stay Current on Industry Developments: Understand and stay current on clients' working practices and relevant regulatory changes affecting them or their industries.
  6. Contribute to Business Development: Assist the Head of Department with business development activities to include marketing and networking on a Firm-wide, departmental or office basis.
