Job Summary:

ERSG Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating client contracts, managing legal disputes, and providing support to our recruitment consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Take responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts in support of new business for the global ERSG entities.
  • Legal Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual disputes, employment matters, debt recovery procedures, and preparation of court documentation.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and support the work permit application process, coordinate with local immigration partners, and manage junior legal advisors.
  • Team Support: Act as a first escalation point for legal and contractual queries arising from the Contracts & Compliance team, with the assistance of junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, Contracts Advisor, or similar role.
  • Education: Degree level education (ideally a Law degree).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of contract law, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and manage well under pressure.
