**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Elite Mobile Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out all HR administrative processes, including offer letters, contracts, new starter processes, processing leavers, contract changes, and references.
- Deal with day-to-day queries, such as pay, attendance, and policy guidance.
- Manage the time and attendance system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy with respect to employee salary details.
- Assist with recruitment processes.
- Keep policies and procedures up to date.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar HR role, working within a fast-moving and busy department.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, work to tight deadlines, and organise information well.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be advantageous.
**Terms**
- Permanent basis.
- Office-based.
- Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm.
- Salary: £23,795.20.
