Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote Human Resources Specialist to join Artisan. The HR Specialist will oversee the management of HR policies, employee benefits, personnel administration, and the overall HR operations. Key responsibilities include managing HR functions, ensuring adherence to policies, and enhancing employee benefits to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for various positions
  • Facilitating employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Payroll management
  • Handling basic tax and legal responsibilities related to global recruitment

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources Management and Policy
  • Experience in Personnel Administration
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits Management
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
