Position Overview

As a Land Acquisition Manager at Croudace Homes Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure long-term agreements for key development sites while overseeing the promotion and feasibility of these locations until they reach outline planning approval. You will also ensure adherence to the operational protocols established for the Land Department and, when necessary, propose enhancements to work processes for all relevant activities for managerial consideration.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in a property-related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a commercial capacity with a strong understanding of planning regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the housing development sector, including planning, design, technical issues, land legislation, contracts, services, finance, and sales.
  • Prior experience in managing a strategic land portfolio is essential.
  • MRICS qualification is desirable.
