Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with intricate care requirements? We are looking for a committed Regional Manager for Supported Living Services to oversee various supported living facilities in Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands.
About the Organization: This organization specializes in personalized care and support for adults with a range of needs, including 2:1 and 3:1 support packages available around the clock.
They are focused on empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives in their own homes while preserving their independence.
Position Summary: As the Regional Manager for Supported Living Services, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Management: You will supervise a team of dedicated service managers, ensuring effective coordination and care delivery across all facilities.
Expertise in Complex Care: With a solid understanding of complex learning, physical, and mental health needs, you will mentor and support your team in providing outstanding care.
Compliance with Regulations: As the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), you will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including personal care provisions.
Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to foster a supportive environment for our service users.
Qualifications:
Experience: A proven history in managing supported living environments, along with extensive knowledge and practical experience in complex care and support.
Commitment: A sincere dedication to enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Location: Based in the West Midlands, with travel across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding regions.
