New Service Delivery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Trent and Dove. As a key member of our supported housing team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, facilitating, and managing the development, implementation, and mobilisation of new Independent Living services across our area of operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Establish and maintain active customer forums to shape service delivery and drive excellence
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service gaps and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Housing, Social Care, or Project Management)
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Knowledge of Independent Living, including best practice and safeguarding adults and children legislation
  • Ability to work effectively in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
