Job Title: New Services Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a New Services Delivery Manager. As a key member of our supported housing team, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and mobilisation of new Independent Living services across our communities.

Working closely with our multi-disciplinary teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the successful delivery of these services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations. Your expertise in project management, housing, and social care will be essential in driving service excellence and shaping service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and mobilisation of new Independent Living services
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including safeguarding adults and children
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing, Social Care or Project Management)
  • Proven experience in project management, housing, and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
