About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead the development and implementation of new Independent Living services across our area of operation.

As a key member of our supported housing team, you will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, establishing customer forums, and liaising with external partners to drive service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the development and implementation of new Independent Living services
  • Establishing and leading customer forums to shape service delivery
  • Liaising with external partners and organizations to drive service excellence
  • Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing, Social Care or Project Management)
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of Independent Living including best practice
  • Safeguarding adults and children legislation knowledge
  • Knowledge of partnership and multi-disciplinary working
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
