The Role

We are seeking a Programme Lead - Climate Advocacy and Green Buildings to join our Programme and Business Development Team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to lead Reall's climate and green buildings agenda, support our climate advocacy efforts, and drive the organisation forward as a global thought and practice-leader in climate-smart and affordable homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Reall's climate and green buildings agenda, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Support our climate advocacy efforts, engaging with stakeholders and partners to drive positive change.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the organisation forward as a global thought and practice-leader in climate-smart and affordable homes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in climate and green buildings, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
