Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the programme's vision and strategic direction.
- Lead the delivery and implementation of programmes, taking personal accountability for outcomes.
- Identify and engage benefit realisation owners to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Establish and manage programme governance arrangements to ensure quality and compliance.
- Interface with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with all interested parties.
- Identify and manage key strategic risks and issues facing the programme.
- Guide the organisation through change and adjust programme deliverables to realise benefits.
We are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager with experience in delivering change and large projects. You will have the ability to advise, coach, and mentor other programme and project managers. You will also need to influence senior leadership and gain commitment to change and business readiness activities.
