Job Title: Transformation Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Lead to join our team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will be responsible for delivering high-risk, high-value, and complex programmes across our organisation.

About the Role

As a Transformation Programme Lead, you will be accountable for leading the delivery of programmes that drive business transformation and improvement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement programme strategies, manage programme governance, and ensure effective communication with all interested parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies, including benefit realisation plans and risk management.
  • Manage programme governance arrangements, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Interface with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Identify and manage key strategic risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
