Job Title: Transformation Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Programme Lead to join our team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will be responsible for delivering high-risk, high-value, and complex programmes across the organisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering transformation programmes, with a strong focus on change management, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing programme risks, and ensuring successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and programme governance arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including programme sponsors and benefit realisation owners.
  • Identify and manage key strategic risks and issues facing the programme, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution.
  • Guide the organisation through the process of change, making necessary adjustments to programme deliverables to realise benefits.
