About the Role

The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join its Strategy leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of significant programmes that transform care for patients across both hospital sites and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Strategy team, estates colleagues, operational colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of significant change projects.
  • Lead on programme governance, support the effective running of the Strategic Delivery Board, and work flexibly to ensure programme benefits are delivered on time and to a specified budget.
  • Assess delivery confidence in projects, reduce identified risk, and deputise for the Deputy Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer as required.
Requirements
  • Support the Deputy Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in the successful delivery of major programmes across multiple portfolios.
  • Maintain a work plan of key milestones to ensure successful delivery across interrelated, complex programmes of work.
  • Provide leadership to the PMO team and other colleagues to ensure progress is made across the transformation agenda.
  • Identify opportunities for the PMO team to develop and ensure an inclusive environment for the team to thrive.
