As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of projects, working across various technology themes and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure effective use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage project scope, including identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing changes as required.
  • Act as a champion for best practices in project management, including process improvement and tool implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes, and the improvement of existing ones.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience in a project management role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, including MS Project and Excel.
  • APM qualification or willingness to work towards achieving this accredited qualification.
