Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Environmental Management: Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and programs to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, near misses, and property damage, and report findings to management and regulatory agencies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development programs to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with employees, management, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our health, safety, and environmental programs.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
