Job Title: Contracts Manager

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee roofing projects, focusing primarily on pitched roofing systems. This role involves ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage roofing contracts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate daily operations and liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams, spending 90% of time on-site.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and project planning, utilizing 10% of time in the office.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
  • Optimize project efficiency by managing resources, materials, and labor.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Either 5 years of experience in pitched roofing or 10 years of site management experience, ideally within the construction or roofing sector.
  • Basic IT proficiency for reporting and communication.
  • A valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits:

£40,000 - £52,000 per annum. Company pick-up vehicle provided.
