Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000neg + bonus tbc

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Pitched Roofing Systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing pitched roofing projects for residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and manage pitched roofing projects from £10k to £1m in value.
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Produce accurate and detailed quotations to clients.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients as required.
- Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Must have either pitched roofing estimating OR roofing quantity surveying experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Adaptable individual who can turn their hand to other responsibilities.
- Full UK driving license.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Confident and articulate.
