About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing Systems to join our team. As an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing Systems, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Producing accurate and detailed quotations to clients
- Monitoring project costs throughout the construction process, identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommended values
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
- Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients as required
- Prioritizing workload to ensure deadlines are met
We are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing Systems with:
- Either pitched roofing estimating or roofing quantity surveying experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptable individual who can turn their hand to other responsibilities
- A full UK driving license
- IT literacy, specifically Microsoft Office
- Confidence and articulacy
