Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Anderselite LTD, a leading roofing subcontractor based in Halifax. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for pitched roofing projects, working primarily from our office in Halifax with occasional on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for pitched roofing projects based on specifications, drawings, and site visits.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure estimates meet client requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating for roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, roofing materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
