Job Summary:

Alexander Lloyd is seeking a highly skilled HR Shared Services Manager to join our team and lead a small group of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to HR colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Take a holistic view of the team, workflows, and processes to ensure employee records are well maintained and controls checks and measures are in place to ensure data integrity.
  • Act as a Superuser for HR information Systems, overseeing maintenance and looking for opportunities to develop the functionality.
  • Prepare key people reports and analytics, including absence management, for period reporting to the board and other reports such as the Gender Pay Gap.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, self-service automation, and shared services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data.
  • People management skills, supporting a team dealing with a complex workload.
