H&S Manager for a Construction Project in Shotton, Wales

**Job Summary**
Protecnium, a leading international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services, is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team in a Paper Mill project in Wales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the maximum representative of Health and Safety on site.
- Ensure the fulfillment of all documents related to Health and Safety, ensuring each operation of work is conducted in a safe and controlled manner.
- Communicate effectively with the customer's Health and Safety Manager.
- Identify and prevent potential Health and Safety risks, and develop action plans to mitigate any issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Health and Safety Manager in similar projects, with experience in site constructions with stainless steel welding processes.
- Familiarity with the necessary courses to work in this sector, including Confined Space, Works at Height, Cherry Picker, Telehandler, Rigger/Slinger, and CSCS Green Card.
- Ability to create RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for various construction operations.
- Spanish language skills are highly appreciated.
- A Health and Safety degree is a plus.
